Ideal customer service sales executive will have:

• Excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced industry (office, reception, hospitality, retail admin etc)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills and ideally phone customer service experience or happy to make daily customer phone calls Good IT skills (Microsoft, excel database, spreadsheets, CRM systems, xrnqpay able to generate reports)
