Head of Commercial – Regional Main Contractor (Bristol)

LOBA Group in Bristol seeks a Commercial Director to lead the regional main contracting commercial function across complex new-build and refurbishment projects.

You will manage a team including three Managing Quantity Surveyors and Senior QS staff, oversee budgets, forecasting, CVRs and final accounts, and partner with operations to protect commercial outcomes while developing capability for succession.
