Lead Employment Counsel – Remote, Global HR Advisor

Camunda seeks an experienced Lead Employment Counsel to provide hands-on employment law support as the first line for the People team. You will advise on employee relations, performance, terminations, and leave management while managing key HR vendors and external counsel relationships.

This embedded role partners with Finance and Legal on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, especially in the DACH region.
