Strategic Partner Growth Director — New Business

Gamma is seeking an Account Director – Business Development, Service Provider, to acquire new strategic service provider partners and drive growth of onboarded partners. Reporting to Head of New Business, the role blends new partner acquisition with early-stage partner development, focusing on UK telecoms, UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud portfolios.

You will lead end-to-end partner acquisition, build executive relationships, negotiate deals, and sign contracts.
