Engineering Manager: Site Reliability & Safety

Biffa is seeking an Engineering Manager to own the safe, reliable and cost-effective performance of all site assets at Aldridge PRF. You will lead and develop the onsite engineering team, embed best-practice maintenance standards, and ensure engineering is a trusted partner to Operations.

Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team and drive asset health while balancing short-term uptime with long-term improvements.
