Job Description:
The RNLI is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead contracting across our estates portfolio, from lifeboat stations to moorings. This hybrid role supports our Estates team and requires a practical, financially astute approach to major and minor works.
You will draft and edit contract documents, tender works, manage deadlines to contract and programme, and report on commercial performance to secure favourable terms. RICS qualification and NEC/JCT experience are essential.
