Real Estate Cost Manager — Lead Project Costing

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Commission Manager to lead end-to-end cost management across major projects. You will oversee feasibility input, cost planning, tendering, contract administration and post‑contract cost control while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasises autonomous delivery, stakeholder management, and adherence to project deadlines within our cost management team. A Chartered status or progression toward it is preferred.
