Payroll Manager | Hybrid, Flexible Hours & Growth

Aster Group UK is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function across the group, ensuring accurate, timely payments and compliance. You will manage a small team, drive process improvements and align payroll with HR and Finance strategies.

Hybrid role with office presence in Wareham and home-based work. MCIPP or equivalent payroll qualification and 5+ years’ experience in a complex organisation are preferred. Experience with Dayforce is advantageous.
