Women’s Services Matron: Lead Safe, Patient-Centered Care

BCUHB North Wales is seeking a Matron in Women’s Services at Ysbyty Gwynedd to lead a compassionate, patient-centered team delivering safe, effective clinical care.

You will work with the Senior Leadership team to ensure governance, performance and financial objectives are met, while developing a motivated workforce.

Applicants must be a Registered Midwife with a Masters degree or equivalent, and hold UK professional registration; Welsh/English language skills welcomed.
