Technical Account Manager – M365 Security & Service Growth

Digital Waffle in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to own key technical relationships across managed security services. The role is customer-facing, focusing on service delivery, technical guidance and maximising value from security services.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, collaborating with technical and commercial stakeholders to understand needs, spot improvements, and ensure services meet expectations. The position is hybrid in nature.
