Responsibilities

• Manage a full range of residential property matters (sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
• Meet agreed fee targets through efficient, high-quality work
• Develop new introducer relationships to grow the Swindon conveyancing offering
• Support the team in growing and improving the department and service delivery

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx in residential conveyancing
• Proactive, personable approach with ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage files efficiently with support
