Therapeutic Children’s Home Manager | Ofsted Ready

Brook Street in Romford is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed therapeutic children’s home for ages 8-18. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, supported by an in-house clinical psychology team and a stable staff group.

The successful candidate will ensure Ofsted compliance, drive safeguarding, care planning and continuous service improvement within a supportive senior management structure. A full UK driving licence is required.
