Head of Specialist Community Nursing & Palliative Care

The NHS Trust is seeking a strategic leader to provide professional and clinical direction for the Hospice Specialist Community Nursing Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and responsive palliative and end-of-life care in the community.

You will lead development of community nursing services, promote clinical excellence, assure quality and governance, and work with local health and social care partners to support integrated palliative and end-of-life care.
