Adult Social Worker: Health, Housing & Independence(Hybrid)

Carrington Blake Recruitment is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join the Health Partnerships and Housing team in Kettering/Northamptonshire. You will manage a caseload, complete Care Act assessments, and develop personalised care and support plans in collaboration with service users, families and professionals.

The role starts office-based for induction with hybrid working available once established, on a 6- to 9-month contract, paying £33-£35 per hour for 37 hours per week.
