Inpatient Physical Health Nurse – Mental Health Lead

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Physical Health Nurse (RGN) to join the team in Maidstone. The role focuses on providing comprehensive physical health care for inpatients on an acute older adult female ward, working with the ward management and multidisciplinary teams.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with emphasis on physical health promotion and disease prevention while ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
