Oxford Population Health (the Nuffield Department of Population Health) provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching and for professional and support staff. We work together to answer some of the most important questions about the causes, prevention and treatment of disease.

We are seeking a Senior Epidemiologist to lead the Science Team within the UK Biobank Epidemiology Group. Alongside these responsibilities, the postholder will have protected time to develop and lead epidemiological research using UK Biobank’s genetic, phenotypic and linked health data. The post is based at the Big Data Institute within the Nuffield Department of Population Health and reports to Associate Professor Ben Lacey, who leads the UK Biobank Epidemiology Group.
