Senior Charge Nurse – Clinical Lead & MDT Collaborator

The NHS is seeking a Band 6 Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care in collaboration with inpatient MDTs. The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, liaising with colleagues and carers to ensure every aspect of a service user’s care is clear and well documented.

You will contribute to patient recovery and wellbeing through effective communication, identify care needs, and lead junior staff as deputy manager.
