Pop-Up to Flagship Store Manager — High-Impact Retail Lead

Village Hotels is launching a unique Starbucks Store Manager role in Sheffield, starting December 2026. You will recruit and train a founding barista team for a high-energy pop-up container on-site, then transition to a flagship store as volume grows.

You will own the P&L, manage stock and labour, and relentlessly uphold brand standards and health/safety directives from day one. This is a fully autonomous leadership position with housing hospitality elements.
