We have an exciting opportunity for an Adults Social Worker to join our Mental Health Services Team in Gloucestershire. This role offers an enticing £38 per hour, with an initial commitment for a 3-month contract that could potentially be extended. What you will do
- Conduct focused S117 reviews as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Be flexible and adaptable, meeting the unique needs of individuals in a Mental Health setting.
- Support and empower people to regain control of their lives during crises.
- Use the Three Conversation approach to focus on people’s strengths and the community around them.
- Collaborate with multiple agencies and work within court environments as needed.

Requirements
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Completed ASYE year or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Adult Social Care.
- Knowledge of relevant social work legislation and theories.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (potential accommodations under the Equality Act will be considered).
