Energy Support Social Worker (Coventry Office)

Octopus Energy seeks a passionate Social Worker to support customers and colleagues from our Coventry office. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with travel to other locations as needed, and primarily office-based to ensure coverage for customers and the team.

You will conduct needs assessments, refer to local authorities when appropriate, and work with energy specialists to deliver tailored support while upholding safeguarding guidelines.
