On-Site IT Operations Specialist — Factory & Office Support

Isembard is hiring an IT Operations Specialist to own IT hardware and provide day-to-day technical support for colleagues across the UK and Europe. You will work with IT and cyber-security leads to ensure devices, accounts and access work smoothly on the factory floor and in the office.

You will manage device lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, and access controls, while documenting processes and creating self-service guides for common questions.
