Food Safety Lead Officer (Part-Time)

Hull City Council is seeking a Principal Officer (Food) to lead a small Food Safety team, providing professional guidance and ensuring high standards of regulatory work across inspections, investigations and enforcement.

Reporting to the Food and Health & Safety Manager, you will develop annual plans, mentor officers, and represent the authority in high-profile cases while maintaining strong partnerships with local and national agencies to protect public health.
