European Customer Experience & Ops Specialist

Plasma is expanding its Customer Experience team in London to cover CET time zones and deliver exceptional support for customers across markets. You’ll own inquiries via chat, email, and support tools, ensuring timely, high-quality responses while helping shape our growing playbook and standards.
