Night-Shift Warehouse Department Lead

Lidl is seeking a Department Manager for our RDC in the United Kingdom. This night-shift role is a 45-hour week, working any 5 out of 7, with 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata and a 10% in-store discount.

You’ll lead a Shift Leader team to ensure products reach stores efficiently. You’ll drive productivity, manage daily operations, support the Team Manager with compliance and Head Office projects, and uphold our values while developing your team’s potential.
