Senior Change Manager — Large-Scale Healthcare

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Change Manager to join the Large-Scale Change Team. The role focuses on rolling out Ambient Voice Technology across Outpatients with about 20 specialties, on-site at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, for a 6‑month fixed-term contract or secondment.

We seek organised, proactive individuals with experience in service improvement, transformation and project delivery. Flexible working and potential for part-time arrangements are available.
