Store Operations & Customer Experience Manager

Sainsbury’s is seeking an experienced Customer & Trading Manager to help run a busy store in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly day-to-day, maintaining product availability and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day running, sometimes as the sole manager, and you’ll coach colleagues, manage performance, and support scheduling and pay.
