Assistant Team Leader, Neighbourhood Services (Hybrid)

Stockport Council is recruiting an Assistant Team Leader for the Neighbourhood Service. The post is open to registered Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with experience under the Care Act, promoting wellbeing, independence and gloriously ordinary lives.

You will provide leadership and supervision to the staff team, support practitioners, and help embed prevention and equipment-first approaches as the neighbourhood model develops.
