Senior Women’s RTW Designer — Creative Leader, Sustainability

Mulberry is seeking a Senior RTW Designer to design Women’s Ready-to-Wear collections under the guidance of the Design Director. You will lead design projects from initial research and concept development through sampling, fittings and PPS, ensuring a cohesive, distinctive, and commercially relevant product.

As a senior designer, you will shape the collection by balancing innovation with wearability, collaborating with pattern cutters, technical teams and production.
