Mayfair Opening Head Chef – Lead Mediterranean Bistro

MAD restaurants, MOI & ALTA are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new L’ETO Bistro in Mayfair. You will drive pre-opening activities, recruit and train a top kitchen team, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.

You should have a hands-on leadership style, strong Mediterranean and European cuisine knowledge, and proven opening-experience. Salary £50,000–£65,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits.
