HR Advisor (12 Month FTC) — Remote, High-Impact Coaching

Bright Horizons is seeking a senior HR professional to support employee relations, coach managers, and help implement robust HR policies across UK nurseries and offices. You will be the first point of contact for ER queries, offering guidance on investigations, disciplinaries, performance management and grievances while fostering a positive people-centric culture.

The role is remote with travel to Bright Horizons nurseries and offices as required.
