Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker for Ocknell Park, a rural home in the New Forest supporting up to 12 men with learning disabilities, mental health needs and related complex care requirements. The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with extensive in-house training provided and a clear career path from day one.

You will help residents with personal care, activities, and daily living tasks in a supportive team.
