Training & Compliance Coordinator – LMS & Audit Ready

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Norwich site. You’ll oversee scheduling, tracking and recording of training activity, ensuring compliance and audit readiness across functions.

You’ll manage the LMS, coordinate inductions and external training, and keep SOP updates and training documentation current. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
