FYRE Global Limited is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) to join its Hull-based IT team. This hands-on role offers opportunities to grow into more responsibility while supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure.

You will handle escalations, guide 1st line staff, manage workstation configurations, and contribute to security and infrastructure projects. A UK driving licence is required, and you’ll work from the Hull site as part of a small, collaborative team.
