Contract Liaison Officer – Housing Repairs & Customer Experience

Novus Property Solutions in Cumbria is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to coordinate communications between customers, clients and site teams during housing works across Cumbria.

You will travel across Cumbria, visit tenanted properties, keep customers informed, resolve issues, and support service delivery with strong IT skills and a full UK driving licence. DBS checks will be completed prior to appointment.
