Product Manager

Location: Manchester, UK(Hybrid for 2 Days)

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager leads complex, high-impact products from discovery through launch. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, align priorities with company goals, and use data and user research to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Define the 1-year product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plan aligned with company priorities.
• Product Delivery: Manage end-to-end roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies, and partner with agile engineering teams to ship features on time.
• Data & Experimentation: Define success metrics, run rigorous A/B tests, and analyze product data to make evidence-based decisions.
• User Experience: Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to map customer journeys, run user interviews, and build intuitive workflows.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering leadership to assess technical feasibility, evaluate system architecture, and balance short-term speed with long-term scale.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate progress clearly to senior leadership, manage cross-functional requirements, and resolve competing priorities.
• Mentorship & Growth: Coach and mentor junior product managers, participate in hiring, and help improve overall product practices across the company.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
