Executive Chef — Lead Multi-Kitchen, Farm-to-Fork Estate

Lime Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef for a luxury country house hotel and spa in the Heart of England. You will lead every kitchen on the estate, protect and elevate a hard-earned reputation, and ensure weddings and spa dining meet the high standard of the tasting menu.

You should be an Executive Chef or senior Head Chef ready for a bigger stage, with rosette or Michelin experience, and a proven ability to run multiple kitchens and high-volume events while building brigades that endure
