Lead Registered Service Manager – New Glasgow Children’s Home

Health & Social Care in Glasgow is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a new solo residential childcare service. You will oversee registration with the Care Inspectorate, shape policies and operational systems, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for children.

You will recruit and develop a skilled staff team, uphold safeguarding, and work with local authorities to meet regulatory standards and improve outcomes for children and young people.
