Join our specialist Tankfreight team in Ballynure, delivering and collecting products on behalf of Woodside Tankfreight and its customers. The Role
As a key member of our Tankfreight team, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient and professional transportation of products, ensuring all deliveries and collections meet our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely and responsibly operating a company vehicle.
- Delivering and collecting products from customer premises.
- Loading and transporting food-grade and non-food-grade goods on behalf of major blue-chip companies.
- Following current legislation, company procedures and best practice.
- Maintaining high standards of driving, safety and customer service.
Full induction and ongoing training will be provided by our dedicated Driver Trainers.
? Working Hours
This is a position based in Ballynure, operating Monday to Friday, with opportunities for local or roaming work.
Rates of Pay

? What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid UK HGV Class C+E (Class 1) driving licence.
- A valid digital tachograph card.
- A valid Driver CPC qualification card.
- A minimum of 12 months’ previous Class 1 driving experience.
- A good driving record, with a maximum of six penalty points acceptable.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A good understanding of drivers’ hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
- A professional attitude and commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service.
Desirable:
- A current ADR qualification for tanks.
- A minimum of 12 months’ previous Class 1 tanker driving experience.
