Head of Service Improvement & Business Management

Bristol City Council is seeking a Senior leader to head the new Adult Social Care Business Management Unit and Service Improvement Team. You will establish a central hub for performance, governance, risk, assurance and improvement, providing directors with clear, reliable information for decisions.

The role requires substantial leadership across improvement, business management and BI, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a complex, politically led organisation.
