Senior Quantity Surveyor: Refurb & Lifecycle Projects Lead

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Projects Division in Stirling. You will oversee the commercial management of refurbishment and lifecycle replacement projects ranging from £50k to £6m, supporting delivery from start to final account.

You will administer contracts, prepare payment applications, analyse cost variations, and manage subcontractor commercial activities.
