Outpatient Community Mental Health Clinician (Band 6)

NHS Jobs is seeking a Community Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to provide outpatient, occupationally focused CMH services within the DCMH. You will organise and deliver therapeutic interventions, assess and review clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include maintaining electronic records, liaising with MOs and GPs, and leading clinical governance activities as directed by the Clinical Lead.
