HR Manager – 360 HR & Payroll (On-Site, Leicester)

GBR Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR, ER and payroll processes in a true generalist role for a busy East Midlands construction company.

This on-site role at the Leicester HQ reports to the HR Director, oversees a small HR team, and requires CIPD Level 5/7 and payroll exposure within a 500+ employee environment.

You will drive HRBP activities, ensure legal compliance, develop policies, support L&D, and lead key HR/ER projects across the business.
