Group HR Advisor (12-Month FTC) CIPD Level 5

Amida Consulting Solutions Ltd is seeking an HR professional with CIPD Level 5 or above to cover a 12 month FTC, with a strong likelihood of extension to a permanent role as the business grows.

The role reports to the Group HR Manager and HR Director, handling sickness absence, capability, grievance and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting performance reviews and development initiatives across the Group.
