Talent Acquisition Partner – Music & Talent (9-Month FTC)

THE-TEAM is seeking a proactive internal recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, with emphasis on Music Talent and Corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, coach interview processes and leverage direct sourcing to build diverse pipelines.

You will report to the Director of Recruitment for EMEA and APAC and be a key member of the broader People team, contributing to an engaging, fast-paced culture during a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover.
