Senior Social Worker & Team Lead – Adult Social Care (Hybrid)

The Kingston Hub, part of the Kingston Council, seeks a qualified social worker to lead and supervise a team delivering adult social care under the Care Act 2014. You will work with managers and health partners to allocate cases, approve care plans, and guide staff through assessments and best interests decisions.
