HR & ER Advisor – Hybrid, Manager Coaching Focus

Lodge Security is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our People Team on a full-time basis. Based in Cirencester or Redditch, this hybrid role places you at the heart of end-to-end employee relations casework across operational and support functions.

You will translate employment legislation into commercially balanced decisions, coach managers through investigations and hearings, and ensure GDPR-compliant documentation. Visa sponsorship is not available.
