H&S Compliance Manager – Cold Storage & Food Safety Lead

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Compliance Manager for its coldstore in Luton. The role focuses on full compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold chain, quality, health & safety, and environmental standards across a temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution operation.

You will lead the QHSE policy implementation and drive continuous improvement. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with some flexibility.
