Field-Based Business Development Manager – Pumps & Water

Osprey Engineering Solutions is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager to identify, win, and develop new business across the Oxford to Nottingham region, engaging water utilities, contractors, OEMs, distributors, and end users. You will build long-term relationships and present pumping solutions.

You will work with internal technical and sales teams to tailor proposals, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and feed market intelligence back to the business.
