Head Coach: Drive Fitness Innovation & Team Leadership

Everlast Gyms in London is seeking a Head Coach to own the fitness product across the gym floor, inspiring members and a team of coaches and trainers. You will mentor staff, deliver innovative fitness programmes, and drive overall member engagement.

You will lead MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training while ensuring high-quality delivery and hitting KPIs. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support business needs.
