Education Quality Leader – Adult Skills (12-Month FTC)

The Growth Company (GC) Education and Skills is seeking a Quality of Education Manager – Adult Skills to oversee teaching and learning quality across our Adult Skills provision. You will lead observations, feedback, and moderation to maintain high standards across delivery.

With safeguarding embedded and a focus on workforce development, you will manage QA activities, drive improvement, support Ofsted readiness and contribute to self-assessment and performance reporting.
